Refund policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:

Gourisha does not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds are only applicable if the product delivered is incorrect or does not match the image shown at the time ofpurchase.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

● Refunds will not be issued for minor color or design variations due to lighting or handcrafted details.

● Each order is eligible only if it must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with an uncut unboxing video showing the package and product clearly.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as not liking the product or a change of preference.

An exchange is only applicable under specific conditions:

● If the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, or

● If the product was broken after delivery, we may help arrange a repair or exchange with an additional shipping fee of up to ₹149 for prepaid orders and ₹249 for COD orders.

Each order is eligible for only one exchange request, which must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with an uncut unboxing video showing the package and product clearly.

Return/Exchange Process:

To request an exchange, contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please share the full unboxing video without any edits, showing the packaging and item clearly. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
