Gourisha is a Jaipur-based jewellery brand offering both retail and wholesale collections of handcrafted, designer, and bridal jewellery.
We combine traditional artistry with modern craftsmanship to bring you timeless pieces that reflect beauty, quality, and elegance.
All jewellery designs, images, and content featured on our website belong exclusively to Ganesham Jewellers and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. Product Description & Availability
We strive to ensure that all product images, descriptions, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However:
● Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur.
● Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
● In case of typographical errors, technical issues, or stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order before shipping.
3. Placing an Order
● Orders can be placed directly through our official website checkout.
● Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
● Payment must be completed in full to confirm an order.●
● Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support at contact@gourisha.com. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as most pieces are made-to-order.
Gourisha reserves the right to decline any order suspected of fraudulent activity or payment failure.
4. Shipping & Delivery
● Orders are shipped securely through verified courier partners.
● Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, customs processes, weather conditions, or any factors beyond our control.
●Customers must ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate. Gourisha will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Each Gourisha piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange.
Eligibility:
● The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
● It must include original tags, packaging, and invoice.
● A clear unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel is mandatory for verification.
● Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email at contact@gourisha.com.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
● Items damaged after delivery or used by the customer.
● Custom-made or discounted items.
● Requests made due to change of mind, style preference, or “not liking” the product.Once approved, our team will provide further instructions for return shipping. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note:
● Depending on your location, up to ₹149 may be deducted as a shipping fee from your refund amount.
● Replacement or exchange will only be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at contact@gourisha.com.
7. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices on www.gourisha.com are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.

All content, including jewellery designs, photographs, text, graphics, and brand elements on this website, is the exclusive property of Ganesham Jewellers (owner of Gourisha).
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this material is prohibited.
